pipeline redesign: vertical swimlanes in flow order, a hint on every lane, and a one-click next-step button on each card ... scheduling an approved idea from the date picker moves it to scheduled automatically.

calendar view: month grid of shoot dates with statuses, one-tap scheduling for approved ideas without a date, and a posted-this-month record (archived included).
posted status: the step after shot ... instagram / youtube / tiktok checkboxes, ticking any box marks the idea posted. auto-archives after 14 days like shot.

suggested lane: claude pitches 0-3 scripted ideas each morning based on current events and your history ... one-click "review it" or "pass" on the pipeline.
preview hooks: 3-5 short video-cover text options ride along with every script ... keep one, delete the rest.
reference links: urls on every idea, one per line ... you add inspiration, claude adds research sources, all clickable in a new window.
daily morning run: claude scripts everything flagged "ready for claude" automatically.
dark theme everywhere ... black background, light text, nothing reflecting off the teleprompter glass.
v1.0: quick capture, pipeline board, versioned script editor (hook / body / cta / caption / hashtags), token-secured rest api for the claude pipe, json export/import fallback, and the fullscreen teleprompter with speed, size, and mirror flip.
